Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMK , Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates complete proficiency HR System especially in Employee Development Area.
• Assures Development Activities performed and communicates any problems or issues with the Department immediately upon discovery.
• Develop employee curriculum, competency matrix for New Entry to Staff level.
• Develop positive relationships with high personal and moral character and able to impart same to employees.
• Coordinate, develop, train and operational team in fields.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management;
• Max Age 30 years old;
• Min. 2 year experience in area of Individual Development exposure;
• Have good knowledge in HR System, Procedures & Performance Management, Development Concept Strategy and knowledge sufficient to assure quality and accountability results;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, initiative, persistence, diligent, hard worker, able to work under pressure and work for long hours (if needed);

Engineering Supervisor (Code: ES)
Requirements:

• Required skill(s): H&P System, Engineering Software.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Pulp & Paper Industry.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) processes and responsibilities.

• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Job role in Machinery Maintenance or equivalent.

Requirements:

Senior Project Planning and Control Engineer (Code: PPC)
Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Capable to use Ms. Project and Primavera Planner will be preferable.
• Minimum 10 years experience in handling EPC or Construction of Industrial or power plant projects.
• Maximum age 40 years old.

Civil Manager
Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 12 years experience in Engineering & Construction.
• Shall have 2 experiences in Engineering Design Work. Further experience required in the past for planning, estimation, cost control, management of EPC projects in industrial and or power plant sectors.
• Must have experience independently in managing large industrial and or power plant projects.
• Maximum 45 years old

Health, Safety and Environment Manager
Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational, Health and Safety or construction management related and hold HSE Management System Certification (CSP / Akhli K3 Umum).
• Minimum 10 years applicable experience in the field of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) and have experience from at least 1 (one) Engineering and Construction project with similar duties required by this scope
• Have strong knowledge in construction and inspection Service that related to Oil & Gas
• Must have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and regulations, and the ability to learn, familiar with OHSAS 18001, SMK3 and EMS-ISO 14001 requirements.
• Male, below 45 years

Tank Engineer
Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction especially in tank erection.
• Have a good technical knowledge on mechanical equipment such as Tank.
• Male, below 40 years

Rotating Engineer
Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
• At least 5 years experience in Engineering and construction especially in erection of rotating equipment.
• Have a good technical knowledge on mechanical equipment such as pump, blower, gas turbine, steam turbine, Rotating Equipment etc.
• Male, below 35 years

General requirements:

• Must have good language proficiency verbal and written both English and Bahasa Indonesia, minimum TOEFL Score 450.
