Job Accountability :

1. Provide technical leadership & mentoring of product development process working with Engineering Team as well as whole manufacturing teams.
2. Ensure completeness of all documentation & on-floor production training to assure smooth transition from product design & testing into manufacturing.
3. Oversee manufacturing engineering function related to manufacturing cost reduction or quality improvement.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience, Master degree is preferred
• 4 – 7 years experience in electronic system development in manufacturing, heavy equipment or tire industry
• Deliverables (results) oriented & team oriented with a strong desire for hands-on work
• Excellent both on verbal & written communication skill using English
• Deep knowledge of PLC systems as well as Rockwell standard
• Ability to write technical specifications, develop device and system level specification.

The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate all Petrophysical related technology issues fort company with emphasis on log data processing and operations support. Provide Petrophysical support and technical audit to the Operations Unit, Exploration, and Management. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate the transfer and application of new Petrophysical technology to the operation personnel, He/she is responsible for development and coordination of technical training program for Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Mathematics, or Physics: a higher degree would be an advantages
• Minimum 15 (fifteen) years of diversified experience in Petrophysical, Geological, and/or Reservoir Engineering positions.

The incumbent will be responsible to perform, coordinate, and manage the associated geophysical, geological, and reservoir engineering studies based in the respective basin and ensure the quality control of all studies conducted within the respective group. Perform technology transfer to national understudies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics: a higher degree would be an advantages
• Minimum 15 (fifteen) years experience in upstream Petroleum Industry
• Good knowledge in field production operationGood project management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
  Adaptive, able to work under pressure, proven able to demonstrate initiative and strong problem solving capability.
