Position-specific Requirements:

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

  • 5+ yrs experience in Sales/BDV with strong network in Oil & Gas, Drilling or EPC sectors
  • Excellent knowledge of BPMIGAS tender processes and regulations (PTK007)
  • Excellent knowledge of maritime and contract law
  • University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Law or Business
  • Indonesian citizenship

FINANCE, ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER

  • 5+ years experience leading a Finance/Accounting/Audit team
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Tax and Accounting Law
  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business or Tax Law
  • Indonesian citizenship

OPERATIONS & BRANCH MANAGER

  • 5+ years experience as Marine Operations/Technical/Fleet Manager
  • Proven proficiency in modern HSEQ standards for high-risk industries (Oil & Gas)
  • Relevant technical or vocational education e.g. Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Class 1
  • Indonesian or Foreign citizenship

MARINE SUPERINTENDENT / DPA

  • Proven proficiency in modern HSEQ standards for high-risk industries (Oil & Gas)

Supply Chain Manager – Jakarta base (Code: SCM)
This is individual will be expected to develop and coordinate departmented system, plans for the distribution process for materials (spare part & fuel) equipments and controlling material stocks and local procurement services to the organization by maintaining optimum stock levels to sustain operations. The following skills and abilities are required:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent,
  • At least 10 years experience at a senior level within supply chain management within one the following disciplines: Supply  Management Materials management (Spare parts & Fuel),
  • Mining experience essential, providing extensive supply chain/ logistic experience and application is proven,
  • Experience of having worked both strategically / operationally,
  • Management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage,
  • Management experience in an industry with high stock velocities, with extended lead-times through multiple warehousing facilities,
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong Negotiation skills,
  • Commercial awareness,
  • Trustworthy and reliable character,
  • Familiar with database management system such as SAP, Datastream or Mincom.

Mining HSE Manager – Jakarta base (Code: HSE)

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi sites. 10 years + total working experiences in mining,
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Heath, Safety & Environment Engineering,
  • Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Sefety concept,
  • Good communications and presentation skills including report writing skills,
  • Able to travel to projects/ sites,
  • Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations,
  • Also required is the experience end capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites in Kalimantan.

Fuel Logistic Superintendent – Jakarta base (Code: RSUPT)

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent, preferred Mechanical Engineering & Engineering Degree,
  • Min. 5 years experiences in the mining industry, with 3 years as Fuel Logistic, Superintendent,
  • Experiences in negotiating & establishing direct fuel deals with contract fuel suppliers and inventory holders,
  • Experiences in the fuel management system such as Fuel handling, distributions and controlling.

Tire Engineer – Site area (Code: TENG)

  •      Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering,
  •      Min. 4 years experiences in the mining industry,
  •      Familiar with tire management such as: planning, controlling, analysis & reporting.


Blasting Superintendent – Site Area (Code: BSUPT)

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent, preferred in Mining Engineering or Geology,
  • Hold First class blasting certificate,
  • Min. 10 years experiences in the blasting activity including blasting operation, drilling operation, explosive handling and reporting as well as explosive logistic,
  • Capable to evaluate blasting performance including operation, cost, and safety,
  • Capable to develop drill & blast team for new project.


Mine Operation Superintendent – Site area (Code: MOSUPT)

  •      Educated to Degree level or equivalent, preferred in Mining Engineering or Geology Degree,
  •      Min. 10 years experiences in the mining industry, with 3 years as Mine Superintendent,
  •      Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application.

Mine Technical Superintendent – Site area (Code: MTSUPT)

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Mining Engineering or Geology,
  • Min. 5 years experiences is similar role in the mining industry,
  • Able to operate Minescape or Minex Software.

Plant Superintendent – Site area (Code: PSUPT)

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering,
  • Min. 4 years experiences in the maintaining mining equipment,
  • Familiar with wide range heavy equipment maintenance program including Excavators, Bulldozer, Dump Trcuk, Motor Grader, for various brand : Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo,
  • Experience in the maintenance management and system.

Requirements :

  • Graduate from reputable university with S1degree, in agriculture would be an advantage

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Points and Statistic ApplicationMin 1-2 years of working experience in handling field research, or 3 years in corn seeds production/Field QA or related field.
