PT Madhucon Indonesia, has started open cast coal mining in Indonesia on a 100 acres site initially. We expect to mine about 3 lakh tonnes production by December 2007. The coal has higher calorific value and less ash content compared to domestic coal.

1. Assistant GM Mining

  • Mine/Geology Engineer
  • Lead and manage the project to ensure targets on safety, production, maintenance, people and financial/commercial outcomes are met
  • Having Min 15 years practical operating experience in a similar position
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skill, interpersonal skill & leadership.

2. Assistant GM Finance & Admin

  • Min S1/Bachelor Degree from reputable universities, majoring in Finance /Management/ Accounting.
  • Having deep knowledge in Finance, Insurances and Tax, with minimum 10 years experience in senior managerial level.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skill, interpersonal skill & leadership.
  • Should be able of negotiating with Bank, Financial Institutions, proficient in Tax Sector and Corporate Financial Sector.


3. Marketing Manager/Staff for Coal

  • Min S1/Bachelor Degree from reputed university
  • Having Min 5-10 years in same position in coal mining industry

4. Jr./Sr. Mine Planner/Production

  • Mining Degree
  • Strong working knowledge and posses proficient experience in coal mine industry particularly in pit design and optimization, modeling & project planning, mine planning & scheduling, management of open cut mines and ability to use mining software
  • Having Min. 3 years practical operating experience in a similar position

5. Jr./Sr. Geologist/Surveyor

  • Geology Degree
  • Strong working knowledge and posses proficient experience in coal mine industry particularly in Geological Mapping, Exploration, Drilling, Mincom Minescape and alternative mining software
  • Having min. 3 years experience in same position

6. Coal Quality Control

  • Geology/Metallurgy/Mine Degree
  • Having min. 3 years experience
  • Posses outstanding skill & knowledge in coal analysis, coal processing and blending
  • Familiar with stockpile management to meet expected quality & quantity


7. HR Officer

  • Law/Psychology/Management Degree
  • Having min. 5 years experience in coal mining industry

8. Safety Officer

  • Bachelor degree in related field (Environment, Chemical, Mass Health or Industry Engineering)
  • Having min. 5 years experience in same position in mining company

9. Account Assistant

  • Accounting Degree
  • Having min. 3 year experience in coal mining industry


10. Secretary to President Director

  • Bachelor s Degree or Secretarial Academy
  • Having min. 3 years experience in same position
  • Manage expatriate documents (formalities) with Minister of Manpower, Immigration Department & Police Department
  • Arrange travel/accommodation and internal/external meeting
  • Arrange incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain day to day administration, minutes of meeting and information distribution within the organization
  • Greeting the visitor, determining the arrival purpose, and accompanying the visitor to other related staff

11. Auto Electrician/Mechanic for Maintenance Heavy Equipment

  • Having min. 5 years experience and with relative certification

12. Heavy Equipment Operator

  • Min SMU/STM degree
  • Min 3 years experience operating Dump Truck HD 465/Excavator PC, Cat/Bulldozer D9N, D7G
  • Age around 35 years old
  • Having related certificates/licenses will be advantage

The British International School (BIS) is one of the largest private international schools (it is a Public School) in Jakarta, Indonesia. The British International School is a member (International Member) of the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference, (HMC).
