CHIEF ACCOUNTING
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Financial Statements .
  • Responsible for independent working on monthly end close.
  • Prepare SSP form for monthly tax payment.
  • Prepare of monthly tax reports (VAT, Witholding tax, Income tax ) with e-SPT.
  • Prepare of yearly tax reports with e-SPT.
  • Handle Audit Tax process by tax officer which is related with all taxes .
  • Handle Audit proses by Accountant Public for yearly report.
  • Prepare Consolidation report that will report to Holding company ( Luxemborg ).
  • Have direct communication with Intercompany accounting staff in Holding, Singapore, Thailand, Phillipines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar.
  • Handle monthly payroll for all staff and management .
  • Follow up payment of JAMSOSTEK ( staff & management ) for monthly and have direct communication with account representative for up date data of staff.
  • Handle insurance of office and staff.
  • Prepare cashflow for weekly report .
  • Optimize & manage the cash position of the company.
  • Checking invoice and faktur pajak for customer which is make by accounting staff.
  • Monitoring due date of Account receivable.
  • Prepare voucher & journal for cash & bank payment and entry data to accounting software.
  • Prepare voucher & journal for Account payable and entry data to accounting software
  • Prepare cash & bank payment ( open cheque ) for account payable and operational expenses company.
  • Handle fixed assets ( make a list and depreciation report of fixed assets ).
  • Checking inventory for in and out in accounting software which is inventory input by logistic staff.
  • Handle bank & cash reconciliation for monthly report.
  • Have direct communication with bank officer for dealing forex ( USD & EUR ).
  • Checking account balance in bank for daily report.
  • Checking daily operational expenses, travelling & accomodation expenses for staff and management.
  • Follow up for advance payment of staff and management.    Handle petty cash.

Requirements:

  • Female with minimum age 30 years old.
  • Minimum S-1 Economic major in Accountancy.
  • Computer literate ( Ms. Excell, Word, MYOB Premier and e-SPT ) .
  • Experience in all of tax.
  • Experience in payroll.
  • Self motivated, honest & strong integrity.
  • Team work oriented, assertive & fully initiative.
  • Organized, accurate & independent.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Min Experience 4 – 5 year.
