Responsibilities:
Competency & Assessment
Tugas:
1. Mendesain model, kamus, dan profil kompetensi
2. Melaksanakan competency mapping
3. Membuat program pengembangan kompetensi pegawai
4. Mengimplementasikan CBHRM dalam semua aspek HR
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): competency design, assessment tools.
- Preferred skill(s): CBHRM.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
