  • Follow-up, discuss and coordination about audit findings with operation or other departments
  • Providing audit report and data analysis for top management in connection with audit result and investigation.
  • Providing the recommendation and improvement for top management of audit findings and reports.
  • Providing recommendation for improvement on internal control system, assets productivity & safeguarding financial & operational efficiency.

General Requirement:

  1. Male or Female, age max 40 years old.
  2. Minimum S-1 degree in finance and/or accounting background
  3. Having at least 5 years experience in finance
  4. Willing and able to work under intense pressure over and above normal working hours.
  5. High Integrity, strong-willed, independent aggressive and able to make initiative, innovative and highly responsible with positive mindset.

Responsible for auto-electrical systems of heavy equipments.

Human Resources Information System Officer
The project is located at Tapanuli Selatan – North Sumatra and contain a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver. The work includes mining activities ie. mine haul road construction, topsoil removal, drill and blast, mining of waste and the construction of mine infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible to manage Human Resources Database Administration and Management, to manage various report and request regarding Human Resources data.

  • He/ She must possess a degree in Information System / Computer Science
  • Min. 1 year experience in the same role ;
  • strong knowledge in SQL & PBA database program and MS Access as main requirement ;
  • willing to be placed at project site at remote area.

1. S1/S2 Tenaga Teknik

a. Pendidikan dan Formasi yang dibutuhkan

  • Jurusan Sipil Transportasi/ Konstruksi/ Struktur sebanyak 5 Orang
  • Jurusan Mesin sebanyak 5 Orang
  • Jurusan Elektro sebanyak 5 Orang
  • Jurusan Manajemen Transportasi sebanyak 4 Orang

b. Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidangnya untuk S1 minimal 6(enam) tahun atau untuk S2 minimal 4(empat) tahun

2. S1/S2 Akuntansi

  • Memiliki Sertifikat Register Akuntan (Lulus PPAk)
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidangnya sekurang-kurangnya 5 (lima) Tahun di KAP Internasional/ Perusahaan Multinasional/Lembaga Pemeriksa Keuangan Negara

Kriteria Pelamar :

  1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)
  2. Usia setinggi-tingginya 35 Tahun per 9 Mei 2011
  3. Pendidikan S1 / S2 dari perguruan tinggi negeri/swasta yang terakreditasi “ A”
  4. IPK serendah-rendahnya 3,00
  5. Memiliki TOEFL Manual Based Test 500 atau Computer Based Test 160 atau Internet Based Test 80
  6. Berkelakuan Baik
  7. Sehat jasmani dan rohani
  8. Berpengalaman dalam bidangnya
  9. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah kerja perusahaan
  10. Lulus dalam setiap tahapan seleksi

Persyaratan umum lamaran :

  • Surat lamaran (ditulis tangan) dan ditandatangani diatas materai Rp.6.000,00 (enam ribu rupiah) oleh peserta dengan melampirkan
  • Fotocopy ijazah S1/S2 yang telah dilegalisir
  • Fotocopy transkrip nilai S1/S2 yang telah dilegalisir
  • Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku
  • Fotocopy Sertifikat TOEFL Manual Based Test 500 atau Computer Based Test 160 atau Internet Based Test 80
  • Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4 X 6 cm, sebanyak 4 (empat) buah dengan diberi nama dibelakangnya
  • Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik dari Kepolisian yang masih berlaku
  • Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter
  • Surat Pernyataan Bersedia di tempatkan diseluruh wilayah perusahaan bermaterai Rp. 6.000,00
  • Curiculum Vitae, mencantumkan pengalaman bekerja sampai dengan saat ini
  • Fotocopy Sertifikat keahlian/kejuruan

Tahapan seleksi terdiri dari :

  1. Tahap I : Seleksi Administrasi
  2. Tahap II : Wawancara umum
  3. Tahap III : Tes Psikologi
  4. Tahap IV : Tes Kesehatan
  5. Tahap V : Wawancara Akhir Penetapan Kelulusan

Prosedur melamar :

Pengumuman Rekrut akan diumumkan di Surat Kabar Nasional dan Web
