Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines
2. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production [arameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
3. Surpervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
4. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
5. Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
6. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
7. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.
8. Minimise axposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Familliar with mining software
• Having at least 4 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
• Certified in POP
• Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• Excellent computer skill
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirments

Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata-East Kalimantan for the positions of:

Supervisor Production
(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading a team of production people who are expected to produce coal to meet Department’s plan both quality and quantity and exceed it if possible.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a high standard of safety environmental management along with the cost control is achieved and maintained.
3. Work to KPCProcedures and standards.
4. Coach and direct personnel so as to achieve maximum efficiency.
5. Work in line with KPC’s plan and objectives.
6. Conduct regular safety meetings and improve awareness of company and Department safety programmers.
7. Be aware of company and government environmental policies and assist in communicating KPC’s commitment to the environment to the total work force.
8. office process and systems to improve the Division’s effectiveness and provide better customer     service.

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent with 10 years experience working in a truck and shovel mining operation of which a minimum of five years should be in field operations in supervision role or Mining engineer / Mining diploma with 3 years experience in field operation.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Well-developed problem solving, planning and organizing skills.
• Well knowledge in Dispatch System and it implementation.
• Sound knowledge of mining methods and their implementation.
• Possess “Pengawas Operational Pratama” certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy.
• Good knowledge of Safety and KPCpolicies, procedures and regulations.
