Senior Oil & Gas Field Development Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Formulates and produces complete design package based on standard specifications and customers requirements.
2. Perform System Independent Design of Control Systems: Conceptualize and detail design
3. Participate in control system requirement analysis
4. Involved in drafting of functional specifications and detailed design specification
5. Provide technical support to installed system
6. To liaise and communicate with project/commissioning engineers/managers regarding project requirements
7. To be responsible for variation order definitions and negotiation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent
• Required language(s): English
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experienced in offshore oil & gas development engineering design, especially as the discipline leader.
• Have a knowledge of HYSYS,FLARESIM,FLARENET,etc
• to be familiar with the corresponding code, standards and requirements of offshore oil & gas development projects design.

Senior Officer Competition and Consumer Protection
Requirements:

• Postgraduate Degree in Management, Economics or other appropriate specialist discipline.
• Extensive professional, managerial and/or supervisory experience, with a minimum of six (6) years of high-level experience in a recognized specialized field.
• Familiarity with competition and consumer protection policies and regulations in AMSs
• High-level technical skills and knowledge in areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, planning and the development of policies and procedures.

2. Remuneration and Benefits:
Successful candidate will be offered the post with a probation period of six months and monthly salary starting from USD 2,900.
There are other applicable benefits which include housing, medical, education of dependent children, and gratuity.
Upon completion of the probationary period, the candidate will be confirmed for up to three-year contract, inclusive of the six-month probationary period, in the first instance.
