Requirements:
Min 21 years old
Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English
Experience min. 2 years for the same position
Education SMU + experience, Food and Beverage Academy, Hotel and Tourism Academic
Skill and knowledge = intermediate and up
Knowledgeable Indonesian food
Fine dining room experience/hotel/restaurant
Directs,coaches,support,supervises and evaluates (in conjunction with the head chef) the performance of all direct reports
Work with the chef to establish work schedules for all cook.
Must be knowledgeable about the established quality standards and company policies in order to supervise his/her staff.
Attends meeting,training activities,courses and all other work-related activities as required.
