Customer Service And Shipping Head
(Jawa Tengah – Semarang)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years in similar position
2. Communicate with Foreign Customers as well as coordinate with Manufacturing Team

General qualifications :

• Graduate of any disciplines
• Experience in MRP (ERP Software)
• Familiar with QAD (MFG/Pro) would be an advantage
• Fluent in oral and written communication in English
• Computer literate
• Intelligent, assertive, open-minded and with qualities or a strong leader.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse group of employees and build a team culture
