Responsibilities:
- Handling customer needs and complaints professionally, including giving the relevant information regarding company’s service.
- Taking care of service orders, invoice, in/out-slip.
- Handling administrative tasks i.e. making daily/monthly report to be submitted to direct superior, monitoring as well as following-up the payment of service, handling cash-payment and its report, taking care of stock/spare-parts availability including in-coming/out-going stock and spare-parts, in-charge of monthly stock checking and stock reconciliation, doing purchase locally/overseas (imported).
Requirements:
- Female is a must, 23 – 25 years of age, S1 degree.
- Having at least 2 years experience in customer service area providing best service to customers by taking their needs and handling their complaints professionally.
- Pleasant personality, people-oriented person, energetic and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Having good computer skills.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
