To support its expansion, P.T. Syntecist Prima is now looking for a strong candidate to fill in its vacancy as:
Finance (Cum HR) Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jl.Panglima Polim Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by designing, implementing and maintaining financial, HR, and office administration systems and processes.
- Responsible for direct staff (people) management located in Syntecist Prima’s headquarter as well as in the branch offices.
- Part of the core management team member of P.T. Syntecist Prima in developing company’s strategies and implementing long-term goals of the organization.
Requirements:
We would like to invite strong candidates with the following skills and/or experiences to apply:
1. Supply Management, Informing Others, Tracking Budget Expenses, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Finance and Accounting
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar position
3. Multilingual in Indonesia and English or Chinese is preferable to communicate with supplier in China
4. Good in communication and management skills especially with people on remote locations (via phone, email)
5. Good skill in using computer, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
6. Advanced skill and experience in managing Accounting and Finance is a must.
