GTS Analyst (GTSA)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university, majoring in accounting / management / economic; with GPA min 3.3 (of the scale of 4).
- Preferably someone with at least 1-2 years experience in Public Accounting or Consulting Company.
- This person must excel in written and verbal communications, both in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Should have a good strategic insight while handing tactical day to day tasks.
- Proven ability in working across the organization. A self-starter, who can deal with ambiguity, maintains focus, drives to clarity and provides innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to schedule and collaborate across multiple groups.
- Should be able to work independently, but also a good team player
Job Description:
- The analyst role will be responsible to work with Country GTS Business Control, to handle GTS Business Control Areas (including internal periodical testing).
- He / She will also be responsible for the analysis of IBM GTS Operational Metrics and Business Dynamics (prepares and presents detailed analysis of metrics and recommended solutions to manager),
- Will also be a focal point for system used in GTS Operation Team.
Junior IT Consultant (JIC)
Qualifications:
- Female/ Male, age max 26 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Software development methodologies, especially: Java, Hibernate, DB2 and Linux.
- Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problem and work with little supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively.
- Good command of English – written, spoken and reading.
- Should be capable of working in a team and individual.
