Helpdesk Hardware / Application Support (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
• Male/ Female, preffered age around 22-28 years old
• Hold Diploma/ Bachelor Degree majoring from Computer/ Electrical Engineering
• Able to analyze and handle hardware/ software problems
• Have ability to work with the vendor that has been designated to overcome hardware / software problems
• Able to perform hardware/ software installation, setup and configuration and also provide solutions and education to users
• Capable to work both individually and in team with ability to determine the priority scale for daily tasks
• Fast learner with ability to complete task quickly, accurately and detail oriented
