Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
Having experience in construction company.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Expert for Compensation & Benefit, People Development & Training, Recruitment & Selection, Fixed Asset & Implementation strategy.
Familiar in HSSE & ISO System (9001:2000, 14001:2007, 18001:2008)
Comprehensive to preparing budget & real budget planning for implementation HRD & GA program
IT Knowledge: Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoit), Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Leadership/Management competencies to manage and lead team
