Requirements:
o Male/Female, with maximum age 30years old.
o University background, minimum D3 from any major with GPA 2,5.
o Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
o Experience as Call Center or Customer Service minimum 3 months.
o Have a good communication skill.
o GOOD COMMAND IN ENGLISH/Pasif.
o Familiar with computer (minimum Ms Office).
o Good interpersonal skill and persuasive.
o Capable in Handling Complaint with Empathy and Willing to Seek for Information to Solve Problem at Work .
o Hard worker and could work under pressure.
o WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE TIME (SHIFTING)
