Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
As a programmer, he / she will responsible in the process of designing and development of application (both web / window based) in order to fullfill business requirements, and also to help the maintenance process of current active application. Others including but not limited to following task and accountability:
Analyze needs requested by internal units and provide solutions.
Ensure system testing in all application developed or enhanced before released.
Handle troubleshooting applications and software within organization.
Requirements:
To be successfully placed in this position, you should demonstrate strong drive to complete task in tight deadline with the highest level of accuracy. You should also show strong analytical thinking and stress tolerance, as well as excellent service orientation. You should at least possess minimum qualification as follow:
Degree in IT or computer science discipline.
At least 2 (two) years experience of relevant technical experience.
Familiar with programming language Visual Basic (Ms. Visual Studio.Net 2005 and 2008, Ms. Visual Studio 6), Crystal Report, programming SQL Server (T-SQL), C#, C++.
Knowledgeable and skills in database SQL 2008, HTML/ASP (Javascript, XML is a plus) , iOS and Android platform is a plus.
Basic knowledge of technical network, analysis skill of business process, knowledge troubleshoot hardware and software.
Proficient in English & Bahasa.
