Vehicle Workshop Manager (position open for Expatriates)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* This position is needed to manage central workshop and supervise the operations of satellite workshops in each of the company’s estate. Specific accountabilities encompass:
o Heavy equipment/mobile fleet maintenance to increase reliability and performance efficiency, while minimizing unscheduled/unplanned breakdown/ business interruptions.
o Inventory management/warehousing/spare parts management: Ensure, establish and enable that inventory and spare parts are maintained at proper level, to minimize, if not eliminate, unwarranted downtime due to lack of parts.
o EHS: Execute and champion environment, health and safety procedures in maintenance department and plant operations
o Maintenance & Reliability: Setup and implement Preventive Maintenance program
Requirements:
* Your role would cover the areas of:
* Engineering
o Perform/verify technical and engineering works on maintenance repair and replacement work through validation methods and processes.
* Procurement
o Validate and verify material specifications, price, delivery period and other terms and conditions as per standard procedures on parts and materials; Initiate for purchasing and follow up on delivery and custom clearance issues.
* Warehousing/Inventory Management
* Budgeting
* Prepare annual budget for repairs and maintenance
* Account management
* Quality control
* Health and Safety
* Develop and leverage talent for growth
* Maintenance & Reliability
* To best fit, you must present a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a heavy equipment maintenance gained from Indonesia and/or overseas, with proven track record of delivery of results, including strategic management, execution of operational efficiencies and growth/profit targets.
