Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata-East Kalimantan for the positions of:
Mechanical Engineer (Code MSD)
(Kalimantan Timur)
Requirements:
- S1 – Mechanical Engineering with 3 year experience.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
- Good computers skills such as MS Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, CMMS (Ellipse).
- Good in English (written & oral) and report skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relations.
- Knowledge and ability to implement safety policies & procedures.
- Manage engineering projects consists of design, drawing, specification, cost estimation, tender, and project execution.
- Develop Capital Expenditure Application (CEA) for project or equipment replacement/addition/modification.
- Conduct equipment reliability monitoring and suggest initiative improvements.
- Involve on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and implementation.
- Perform maintenance strategy; equipment selection, Equipment Unit Cost (EUC) calculation, develops technical specifications, and commissioning.
- Assist on equipment condition monitoring activities.
- Involve on developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Risk Assessment.
- Conduct safety audit (Prinasa).
- Willing to be rotated within various maintenance positions.
- All activities to be completed on time, within budget, meets standard, and meet KPC HSE regulation
