OGS Team Leader (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
• To lead and take full responsibility and management of an onsite OGS team
• Establishing and maintaining Amdocs’ services to ensure prompt response to customer issues in accordance to SLA
• Point of escalation of issues and defects for the production system
• Point of contact between the onsite team and customer and the offsite development centre for issue escalation and resolution
• Consultation about issues and if needed escalation to higher authority for urgent issue resolution
• Ensuring and managing 24×7 support
• Reviewing deliverables from development centre to ensure it meets quality standards
• Authorization and management of production releases and emergency defect fixes
• Initiate and support preparation, delivery and maintenance of support documentation to the customer
• Maintaining a close working relationship with both the offsite development centers and the customer
• Participate, assess and give input to user change requests
• Proactively identify and suggest areas of improvement for the production system in terms of usability, DB, system or hardware perspective
• Look out for new sales opportunity within the account
Requirements:
• University degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in software development and deployment projects in a similar role
• Knowledge in Billing systems is mandatory
• Experience in Production/Operations Support
• At least one of:
1. Domain knowledge in Telecommunications (Online Charging, Billing, Service Fulfillment or Service Assurance)
2. Technical knowledge of and experience with Telco CRM Billing software solutions
• Experience in large IT projects or environment
• Good knowledge of the SDLC and standard documents/processes
• People management skills
• Good Client facing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• Prior experience in a multi-national company
• Good technical skills:
1. SQL
2. Oracle 9 or 10 experience
3. Unix (HP-UX) and shell scripting
4. Java, JSP, JavaScript
5. BEA Weblogic
6. Familiar with XML
7. HP Hardware & SAN Storage
