Policy Owner Service (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Managing policy administration and premium collection departments.
* Monitoring all administration and collections transactions such as policy changes, reinstatement, benefit payment, unit linked processes, premium auto debiting, premium refunds etc to ensure the align with company’s policy and procedures
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in policy administration management and underwriting.
* Capability to negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
