Preventive Maintenance Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Supervise the maintenance team, approx 20 employees.
Implement Productive & Preventive Maintenance system.
Responsible for equipment operation integrity.
Support field operations and ensure that operations are conducted in line with the operational procedures, standards, and policies, in force in the company.
Conduct necessary audits on overall company asset
Requirements:
A university graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 7-10 years work experience in comparable function in drilling company.
Able to implement Productive & Preventive Maintenance system.
Proficient in written and verbal English & Computer Literacy.
Ready for on call as required.
Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well.
High level of commitment & dedication.
Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own.
