PT Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM (IBM-JTI) was founded in 2003 as a Service Organization providing resources to PT IBM Indonesia, to perform Hardware installation and After Sales Service for IBM product in Indonesia. Starting 2004, we open our services not limited to IBM product but also for other product. Project Manager (PM)
Qualifications:
- Has project management experience / senior team leader for at least the past 5 years.
- Understand project management processes, has hands-on experience in implementing the processes in real live projects.
- Has experiences working in data warehouse and business intelligence implementation projects (may not be as a PM) - understands the processes and challenges in these types of projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill. Able to communicate with the team members and articulate project status to management and senior management.
- Excellent analytical skill, able to understand details without losing the overall picture.
- Able to work in multinational environment, to lead team with various backgrounds from various countries - understand cultural diversities.
- Good motivating skill and a team player.
- Experience in Telco and/or Banking projects will be an advantage.
