Regional Key Account Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans in accordance to the trade marketing & distribution strategy
- Ensure that consumer segment objectives for key account are met.
- Develop and implement a key account plan in order to maximise volume, profit and share performance
- Develop and maintain business relationships/ partnerships with key accounts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Management, Economics, Marketing,Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Marketing Executive or Business Development.
- The successful candidate would have relevant qualifications, with 5 years experience within the FMCG industry.
- A key contributor possessing strong negotiating and presentation skills, which would lead to building and maintaining sustainable relationships with major accounts.
- Ability to lead key accounts team to develop and execute the business plans with focus to increase volume and market share growth
