RMX Logistic Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the effective & efficient operation of all commercial haulage include of TM, Tipper, and Pump, ensuring the most effective transport solutions, cost efficient and utilized to meet the business needs of PTHB
- Ensure that all commercial road haulage fully complies with all legal and requirements
Requirements:
- Business Management/Logistics/Engineer (Mechanical)
- 4 years experience in the logistics & Transportation industries
- Computer literacy
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
- Up-to-date knowledge of current transport related procedures, legislation, equipment, and operations.
- Strong leadership ability to build a cohesive team
- Ability to coach and mentor employees
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop solid and creative operational strategies
