Production Shift Supervisor
Task & Responsibility
- Making plan for production work process by weekly, monthly based on the target set up by Production Manager, PPIC
- Coordinating production work process to ensure production target as planned
- Calculating & controlling RM, PM, FG, machine, and man power according to the standard
- Implementing food safety standard (FSMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal)
- Implementing the safety system (K3)
- Making report of working result and evaluate production result daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
- Analyze problem & setup process improvement
- Routine coordination with other working unit
Qualification Required
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Engineering, Food Technology or Chemical
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Good command in computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Willing to be located in Cibitung
Technic Supervisor
Task & Responsibility
- Setup system and controlling preventive maintenance program as scheduled
- Setup system and controlling project implementation
- Setup system and controlling water waste treatment plant (WWTP)
- Setup system and controlling machines repair and spare parts production
- Setup system and controlling electrical instruments as standard
- Making report of working result
- Routine coordination with Technic Spv, Production Unit, QC, Purchasing, PPIC, and HRD
- To ensure the implementation of safety system (K3)
- Implementing food safety standard (FSMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal)
Qualification Required
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Two years working experience as Supervisor
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Fast and accurate decision making
- Able to communicate effectively
- Good understanding in mechanical and electrical system
- Good understanding in preventive maintenance system
- Good command in computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Willing to be located in Cibitung
