Operation Manager
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
This incumbent will be running the whole operation of manufacture company with total employee less than 100. He/ She will be responsible to handle Finance, HR, Sales and Technical of the company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the operation management for a company with more than 50 employees
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Engineering/Technical and Manufacturing Operation
- Mature personality, creative and innovative, strong leadership skill
- Strong business development experience
- Full-Time positions available.
