JUNIOR CONSULTANT
General Requirements:
- Female, age 28 – 35 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree (any discipline)
- 1 - 3 years experience in HR Consultant or HR Unit in a company
- Hardworking person, honest, loyal, and creative
Competency Requirement:
- Strong willingness to learn new things
- Familiar with developing program or project proposals
- Have knowledge at HR Management Principles
- High resilience & tenacity
- Computer literate for Ms. Office, particularly Power Point & Excel
- Strong presentation skill
- Good communication, both in Indonesia and English
- Involvement in OD & HR Management Projects is an advantage
