CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES
Responsibilities:

1. Handing the customer extends service, communication, excavating, analyze with customer’s requirements.
2. Development and sale the extend service, join the extend service bid, customer communication, technical clarification, implement project, contract negotiation and so on.
3. As a service interface for customer, coordinate the development and resource configuration of extend service, responsible for customer satisfaction and apperceive degree.
4. Collection the extend service information, reply the information and supply the solution on time.
5. Negotiation the relationship between all the after-sales with customer, to guarantee customer satisfaction
6. Clarification the customer’s requirement during the service contract implementation, making the month and quarter statistic report, getting the certificate of service, supply the support to get the payment of service contract.

Qualification:

• Skill and knowledge require: English, Telecommunication Product & Service
• Minimum education require is Bachelor Degree
• Has experience in maintenance and managed service division
• Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently.
• Energic, flexible, adaptable in multi-culture environment and independent.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill

OUTSOURCING SPECIALIST (JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:

1. Organize the implementation and management of the international engineering projects with subcontractor’s work.
2. Prepare enough Subcontractor team to support project.
3. Collect PR and Issue PO to subcontractor
4. Weekly meeting with subcontractor.
5. Check the settlement document from Subcontract.
6. Prepare enough budget for outsourcing payment.
7. Control the outsourcing cost for Project Management.
8. Subcontractor Management to make the project smooth.
9. Support Outsourcing Purchase and Outsourcing authentication。
10. Be responsible for PR/PO/settlement /payment approved in FOL/outsourcing account system
11. Supervise subcon issued the PO

Requirements:

• Degree in Commercial Management / Trade/ Logistics or equivalent
• Over 3 years’ work experience; experienced in familiar with the flow of subcontractors management, wide knowledge of subcon service and market and legal affair
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient in English
