Recruitment Sales Consultant
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• JOB PURPOSE:

1. Responsible for identifying, developing and growing client relationships within open-market clients of all sizes and entities.
2. The consultant will maintain a thorough understanding of the Industry and client needs in order to identify appropriate prospects and quickly establish effective client growth against corporate and personal targets.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prospect, qualify and build new business opportunities, including researching and gathering intelligence on target market sectors, cold calling, requirement qualification and liaison with clients for account development purposes.
2. Be able to present stand-alone corporate presentation to global client base.
3. Be able to negotiate terms and conditions of business with existing and new clients, targeting specifically high-margin revenue streams.
4. Create and maintain plans for each client and be able to review with the Market Manager at regular one-to-one meetings.
5. Responsible for the identification of suitable candidates to fulfill client requirements – this will include headhunting and candidate interviewing.
6. Deploy and manage candidate activities where applicable.

Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

1. (Desirable) 2+ years sales experience within recruitment Agency/ Company
2. Sales / Account development experience
3. Educated to Degree standard Excellent computer skills including Word / Excel / PowerPoint
4. Proficiency in English Written / Oral

• KEY SKILLS:

1. Strong telephone and face-to-face sales skills (questioning skills, objection handling, negotiation skill, persuasion and expectation management)
2. Target driven with ability to work to deadlines.
3. Able to achieve openings and build relationships with prospective clients.
4. Excellent documentation skills and adherence to group MIS systems.
5. Ability to perform under pressure
6. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
7. High degree of initiative
