Responsibilities:
* To monitor execution Sales Work objectives for all areas / region
* To execute proper training and induction to Sales Department
Requirements:
* Male maximum 38 years old
* Educational Background minimum S1 majoring in Business Administration
* Minimum 5 years as Area / Sales Manager in Consumer Good / Beverage Industry
* Mastering in Business Planning
* Mastering in Marketing Activity plan
* Mastering in Distribution Management
* Mastering in Sales Management
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English (written and oral)
* Good in negotiation & presentation skills
* Good entreprenuership with conceptual skill
* Good driver for high motivation & drive
* Team player & good interpersonal skills
* Good planner & well organized
* Assertive, focus and good people management
* Willing to work long hours
* Willing to be traveled all around Indonesia
