Senior HR (Human Resource) Executive
(Banten – Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting daily HR activities
2. Handle expat/visa/immigration arrangement & labor law requirements
3. Support industrial relation issue of the company, employee & government (General Affair)

Requirements:

• Male or Female max 35 years old
• Degree in Human Resource Management/Law/Business Administration
• Having experience at least 3 years in related field
• Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law & Regulation
• Have sound knowledge & experience in HR Policy & Procedures, Personal matters, employee relation
• Deep knowledge of goverment regulation
• Has skills in screening process (includes paper screening, interview, reference cheking, etc)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
