An online agency based on Indonesia with range of client such as Acer, LA Lights, Unilever, Panasonic and others are looking for an inspiring designer to join our team of creative people.
We are searching for:
Senior Web Designer / Art Director for Website (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Well your work description would be something like
Collaborate with others (that includes everyone on the office) to create innovative design solutions
Take ideas and solutions from concept through design and execution
Create interactive deliverables including website designs, widgets, emails, banner campaigns, user interfaces, style guides and presentation collateral
Contribute to our creative process and strategic thinking
Research the appropriate competitors and consider leading design trends
Requirements:
Male/Female
Single
She/he must have a strong visual eye and an in-depth knowledge of branding, visual design, and information architecture.
She/he should also have a strong understanding of the latest trends in usability, user-focused design and the use of color, layout and typography within the online/interactive space.
If she/he is a brand enthusiast that would be great
She/he must have an understanding of industry standards and be able to create coherent and visually sophisticated web design that extends our online brands (or the brand of our clients) balancing user-friendly design with technical requirements.
She/he should have 2-4 years experience of designing cutting edge websites and a proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (HTML, CSS), Flash, understands JQuery, AJAX and if you understand programming language, like PHP or others that would be great (but not neccessary)
Interactive agency experience is a plus.
She/he is an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who is able to effectively communicate design ideas and respond quickly to business needs.
She/he must also have the ability to prioritize and easily shift focus amongst multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility are a must.
A passion and knowledge of the art world is a plus.
If you have a major in art/graphic design/design would be great (though not necessary, really!)
