Operator - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* To act as the telephone operator.
* To assist in making Voucher(s) or other bill(s) Bill of Exchange/Cheque, Stamp duty for head office and Surabaya branches (daily).
* To assist in checking business traveling (expatriate) to be claimed, whether true and attached with sufficient voucher.
* To act as an operator or data sender through fax machine not only to branches in Surabaya and Jakarta but also to other places.
* To make report on utilization of stamp duty in each month to be reported to the tax office.
* To record of inventory purchasing of KPO and KPNO.
* To record every gasoline purchasing for vehicle inventory at the Head Office.
* To make recapitulation on vehicle maintenance and repair at the Head office.
* To debit to Surabaya branches concerning utilization of incoder tape (once a month).

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* Pleasant Personality.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
