Responsibilities:
Typical Duties:
Assist in configuring and installing and supporting your product suite and associated interfaces when required.
Work with clients to ensure that the contractual service expectations are exceeded.
Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls.
Work with the support teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
Provide pre-sales support to local and regional partners.
Provide end user training.
Liaise with subject matter experts in the regional office on client requests for product enhancements.
Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures.
Ensure familiarity with new releases as they become available.
Duties may include travel, shiftwork and weekend work.

Requirements:
Familiarity with Windows 2000 / 2003 Operating System, Windows 98, 2000, XP and Microsoft SQL Server is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Crystal Reports is highly regarded.
Basic working knowledge of networks, PCs and troubleshooting installation issues is highly regarded.
Excellent written and spoken English are highly regarded.
Fluency in Asian languages highly regarded.

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System, Hospitality, Information Technology or related disciplines.
